This project is a 477-unit serviced apartment designed within the 80-acre Bukit Jalil Recreational Park and Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Resort. It comprises seven domain unit types with more than 50 subunit layouts. It is a serene and strategic development surrounded by greenery that promotes therapeutic living. The development will also incorporate the idea of city farming, which aims to be in line with the city’s vision of encouraging a Green and sustainable living concept.
The idea of the design is to bring the outside environment into the interior, and for the residents to have a maximum viewing experience of the surroundings. The podium is situated between the two towers and faces the golf club and the park. The façade of the podium facing the park will be designed with a forest motif and a swimming pool that references the water body at the adjacent park. A maze garden is located in front of the building for the residents and guests to enjoy while they pass through the pedestrian path.
Inside the towers, sky gardens will be located at levels 24 and 25; the sky terrace at the rooftop will offer diverse social interaction spaces for users. Another garden will be located at level nine, together with a swimming pool that has a see-through acrylic feature to allow swimmers a view of the park. A floating gym box will also be facing the golf club.
