The design of the development has taken the greenery surrounding Taman Desa into account by introducing green features from the ground to the top of the tower. Walking through the trail of mature treescape on Jalan 1/109F, one will be greeted by the scenic Forest Garden upon arrival. This eye-catching green landscaped area aims to soften the concrete residential building, which will rise to a height of 45 storeys into the sky.
The green theme continues with terrace gardens on every three floors to integrate with the local context and climate. Rainwater harvesting system is installed to capture rainwater for non-potable use such as irrigation in the building. The development is Green Building Index and Qlassic (Quality Assessment System in Construction) compliant, which is dedicated to promoting sustainability.
