The 40-storey Setia Seraya Residences will be built on elevated grounds and become the tallest residential tower in Putrajaya, acting as a guiding beacon of the picturesque city. Inspired by the Muhibbah philosophy, the project aims to create a comfortable, convenient modern living environment for residents from all walks of life.
The modern chic design focuses on elevated feature spaces to enhance vertical living. There is a stand-alone clubhouse that welcomes people at the entrance and a road that ascends to the elevated grand drop-off lobby, which serves as a vantage point for viewing the Putrajaya skyline. Visitors and residents can walk up a feature staircase to enjoy the panoramic view on the facilities deck.
Taking cost, quality, material availability and future maintenance into consideration, this project will be using mostly locally produced materials to construct residential units that are north-south oriented. There is also a sky garden at the top of the building, providing an exclusive getaway spot for residents.
