The project occupies a strategic location in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, connected by a convenient transport network, which consists of highways, expressways, Light Rail Transit (LRT) system and Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) railways. The planning objective of this development during the early design stage was to create a balance between its established location, connectivity and surroundings.

WATERFRONT URBAN LIVING
The development aims to build a hotel-like living experience for urban dwellers with a host of family-friendly and Zen-inspired facilities, including swimming pools; outdoor lounge; pavilion and decks; sunken and reflexology gardens; BBQ pit; and children’s play area. The units housed in the three towers range from 399 to 909 square feet. Each layout is designed with space optimisation without compromising the extensive landscape of the nearby Subang Ria Recreational Park.
To integrate with the site that is surrounded by mature residential and commercial areas, the towers are designed to depict the characters of residential properties along with a commercial and industrial modern look to add variety and texture to the surroundings. Moreover, it is also situated between two established buildings, Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC) and Dorsett Hotel, which were both opened in the 1980s. The design of the development has, therefore, included critical site work planning and structural integration approach to merge the new and old buildings. The three new towers will aim to uplift the image of the existing hotel.
