Mandani Bay is located in Mandaue City—the heart of business city in Cebu, Philippines. The development of the sales gallery and show flats was inspired by the well-known Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong and Marina Bay in Singapore. This full-scale exhibition area gives viewers an idea of what the residence looks like. The 15,000-square-foot gallery is an experiential display that features large-scale models, a kids’ room, an audiovisual (AV) room, a courtyard, show flats, negotiation rooms and a space for holding future events.
The concept of design development was inspired by the natural attractions of Cebu, such as beaches and waterfalls. In order to achieve the movement of water from the mountain to the pool, mirror finish metal trims were randomly inserted into the wall in the main exhibition area. The shining mirror metal finish imitates water flow on the wooden panels. The base containing the scale models looks like a boat on a lake.
