This 26-storey building comprises five podium levels of retails and F&B spaces, 20 levels of office spaces and six levels of basement car parking. Owing to the careful design, both functions and aesthetics; and both reach three industry standards—Grade-A Office Building, GBI certification, LEED Gold Certification.
DESIGN
The interior design aims to create a sense of serenity for the occupants by infusing greenery and using a natural colour palette. Matte finishes with random yet proportional design arrangements were applied throughout. There is a strong emphasis on verticality in the collage of materials to enhance spaciousness and provide a soaring effect. The light fittings are positioned in different angles in order to cast interesting shadows through the open baffled ceiling, mimicking natural daylight that goes through foliage.
