In this regard, KKR Integrity Unit in collaboration with the Facility Management Division conducted a webinar entitled Introduction to Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009 Amendment 2018 (Corporate Amendment). This was presented by Senior Commissioner, Rosmadi bin Kasim, from the Community Education Division of Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

The main objective of the webinar was to provide information on the background, definition and essence contained in the provisions of Section 17A of the Corporate Liability Act MACC 2009, which came into effect on 1 June 2020. The webinar was attended by contractors and facility maintenance and management subcontractors under KKR.
