SkyLuxe On The Park, the maiden project of SkyWorld Development Group (SkyWorld), received a response of over 80 percent take-up from home buyers. More than 1,000 guests attended the jazz-themed official launch to view the two new contemporary show units on 24 September 2016.
Lee Chee Seng, Chief Operating Officer of SkyWorld, shared that many buyers were attracted to the strategic location of the project, which sits on 1.85 acres of freehold land, surrounded by the 80-acre Bukit Jalil Recreational Park, opposite the 165-acre 18-hole Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Resort.
Located in the matured Bukit Jalil area, future residents will have easy access to facilities, amenities and connectivity to seven major highways. The park and golf course are within walking distance and there will be a link bridge to the Pavilion 2 Mall.
SkyLuxe On The Park offers 447 units of residences, with built-up areas ranging from 661 to 1,224 square feet and prices starting from RM600,000. Safety and value-added security features—such as multi-tiered security system, intercom system, electric fencing, CCTVs, 24-hour security, guard tour system and fire protection system—will also be installed.
Approximately RM6.5 million was invested in landscaping to ensure that there are enough Green spaces within the development. The project also includes eco-friendly features such as inverter lifts, rainwater harvesting units and a recycling centre. It aims to become a Green Building Index provisionally certified development.
Just like other developments by SkyWorld, SkyLuxe On The Park is certified with CONQUAS—a quantitative measure of the overall quality of a building’s workmanship during various stages of construction.
