The Wing Kwong Street/Sung On Street redevelopment project of the Urban Renewal Authority in Kowloon City will provide residences complete with landscaping; green features; health and wellness facilities; and smart home designs. It will be redeveloped by Sino Land Company Limited which won the project tender on 27 October 2022 through its consortium with China Merchants Land Limited.
Having To Kwa Wan Station at its doorstep, the waterfront plot facing the Victoria Harbour is three stops from Exhibition Centre Station in Wan Chai. It is also connected to the Tuen Ma Line, which bridges east and west of the New Territories and East Kowloon as well as major business centres.
The development will aim to create synergy with the neighbourhood via placemaking and sustainability initiatives, including the proposed Hoi Sham Park and plans to link up the precinct with pedestrian networks, to create a sustainable and walkable community. —Construction+ Online
