A sandbox platform with a focus on property technology (PropTech) applications, Sino Inno Lab was first established in 2018 in Kwun Tong. It has now expanded into the Northern Metropolis following the recent launch of a similar lab in One North. This initiative by Sino Group is dedicated to facilitating idea generation and proof-of-concept developments among local and overseas start-ups, particularly within the Greater Bay Area, in addition to related collaboration with stakeholders.

To this end, the latest lab is incorporated with The Spark, an open exchange hub for entrepreneurs. A range of deep-technology solutions, covering artificial intelligence, robotics and construction technology (ConTech), is on display at the venue as well.
