The 88 Market Street tower transforms a former car park complex built in the 1980s into a high-rise mixed-use building. Rising on par with the tallest buildings in Singapore’s CBD, the integrated development offers office space, serviced residence and ancillary retail space.
The first eight floors of the tower are dedicated to the serviced residence with a wide range of facilities. The top 29 floors of the tower offer office spaces with panoramic views to the Singapore River and Marina Bay. The building’s exterior façade consists of cascaded vertical cladding with a peel-open feature that shows the greenery in the sky gardens. The dynamic interplay of orthogonal lines and lush greenery presents itself in the contrasting textures of the steel and glass.
