CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd (CPG FM), CPG Construction Professionals Pte Ltd (CPPL) and PM Link Pte Ltd (PM Link), three subsidiaries of Singapore-based multidisciplinary-consultancy services and building management firm CPG Corporation (CPG), have moved to a new office at 1 North Coast, a nine-storey light industrial building that is part of the upcoming Woodlands North Coast precinct. The 10,000 square feet workplace is built for enhancing collaboration and staff well-being.
As many businesses have adopted a hybrid work model with working from home as a new normal, a key consideration in providing a holistic workspace is how an office space allows employees to connect and interact with people. Designed by VIA+ Design Studio, an interior design consultancy arm of CPG, the new office focuses on the health and mental wellness of employees as well as the needs of a multidisciplinary workforce. Apart from the use of sustainable and recyclable interior finishes, a variety of facilities are also provided in the office, including a spacious communal space with a vertical green wall, a semi-private open seating area, privacy pods, an indoor air quality monitoring programme and vending machines.
Alan Goh, Chief Executive Officer of CPG FM, said at the grand opening of the new office, “The recent pandemic has accelerated and changed workplace trends. Now is the time for us to create work environments that accommodate these dynamic shifts and boost employee well-being and engagement.” Tan Cheng Chuah, Managing Director of PM Link and CPPL, added, “With a collaborative office space designed to be conducive and commodious, our employees can have more opportunities to engage and share ideas in a happy working environment.”— Construction+ Online
