SkyWorld Development Group (SkyWorld) has achieved affordable luxury living with one of its Awani series, SkyAwani 2. Despite its resort-inspired theme, the development is still under Residensi Wilayah, an affordable housing programme initiated by the government of Malaysia.
Situated off Jalan Ipoh, SkyAwani 2 has a total estimated gross domestic value (GDV) of over RM250 million. Its facilities include an infinity lap pool, a floating gym, a multi-purpose hall, a reflective pool, a sunken jacuzzi and many more.
Within six months, SkyAwani 2 boasts a total of 708 units of residences that was sold out. It offers a combination of good pricing, practical layout and full-fledged condominium facilities.
“Many were surprised to see what we have delivered for our buyers for a price tag of RM300,000. SkyAwani 2 is a strong evidence of SkyWorld’s ongoing endeavour in delivering a good mix of projects centred around our three key strengths, namely value creation, integrated sky-living experience and innovative concepts. We deliver value-for-money without compromising on quality and aesthetics. SkyAwani 2 is a remarkable achievement that is not possible without the team’s strong dedication and most importantly, the valuable support from our purchasers,” said Lee Chee Seng, chief operating officer of SkyWorld.
The residence aims to achieve above 70 per cent for the Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) rating. QLASSIC is a method to measure and evaluate the workmanship quality of a building construction work based on Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7:2006).
To date, SkyWorld has launched close to 4,400 units of residences under its Awani series and all units were sold out. Its latest tower, SkyAwani 4 Residences, is now open for sale.
