BCI Asia Top 10 Awards conferred to recognise top players in Malaysia’s construction industry

Kuala Lumpur, 3 December 2021 – The BCI Asia Awards Top Ten Malaysia was held today at Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The winning companies’ portfolios comprise the most excellent aggregate value of projects under construction during the last full calendar year, as well as meaningful sustainability efforts.

Also present at the event was YBH Datuk Ar Ezumi Harzani bin Ismail, President of the Malaysian Institute of Architects. In addition to the awards for the top ten architects and developers, recognition was also given to the FuturArc Prize and BCI Asia Interior Design Awards (IDA) winners.

The award remains one of the most coveted awards in the regional building industry while serving as a platform for domestic and international networking among elite architecture firms, property developers, manufacturers and service providers. The winning companies have shown the highest level of resilience and continue to thrive in 2021 despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.

Tropicana was one of the winners of the Top 10 Developers in Malaysia. The Group had won this distinction seven years in a row previously between 2013 and 2019.
