Designed by Ronald Lu & Partners, The Bloomsway exudes a resort-like sense of leisure and relaxation with an energetic vibe, thanks to the extensive use of natural light and environmentally friendly elements.
As the site covers an extensive 65,032-squaremetre area that is divided by an existing road, the project makes use of the varied natural topography to come up with three distinct platforms with different themes—The Laguna, The Terrace and The Highland—providing a wide choice of low-density living styles, from middle-rise buildings and low-rise buildings to houses.
The building orientation is designed to maximise the number of sea view units, while the use of natural light and ventilation is maximised, especially within the apartments and toilets.
The Laguna comprises 11 towers, with apartments ranging from studios, one-bedroom to three-bedrooms clusters, located around the main clubhouse. The Terrace is comprised of four-bedroom units in nine low-rise towers and nine detached houses surrounding a 2.8-squaremetre landscaped park, providing space and privacy to residents, while The Highland, secluded in the hills, offers 34 exclusive detached houses, each with a private garden and parking space.
The Bloomsway is intentionally integrated with its surroundings, with carefully crafted landscaping and choice of plants and trees, making it ideal for all sorts of outdoor activities, such as hiking, cycling and jogging.
As the development is surrounded by greenery, a tree house concept is applied to the clubhouse design. Earth tone materials are extensively used in the common areas, while glass panels allow for fuller appreciation of the external view for an indoor-outdoor connection. Facilities include a 50-metre outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, a gymnasium with a view, an indoor multi-purpose sports hall, and multi-function rooms with built-in kitchen equipment suitable for banquets.
