Situated in the prime Hengqin New District in Zhuhai, the Aedas-designed Hengqin CRCC Plaza aims to embody the people-oriented spirit of connection, communication and circulation.
Hengqin CRCC Plaza features a signature sky bridge that links all four towers within the development, symbolising integration, connection and communication by creating a dynamic and vibrant ecosystem between the buildings.
The four towers include a headquarters office tower and three leasable office buildings, offering office, retail and leisure facilities as well as outdoor terraces. The orientation of all four buildings takes full advantage of the site and surroundings, without disturbing each other.
The two taller Grade-A office towers occupy the southeast and northeast corners of the site, standing at road intersections with better land values and views. The retail podium sits along the main road, and there are a central atrium plaza and an outdoor amphitheatre.
Extensive greening in the northwest corner together with the landscaped plaza and roof garden creates a three-dimensional vertical landscape for the future central business district. — Construction+ Online
