Malaysia’s first B2B property marketplace launched

New proptech firm Didian Realtor Sdn Bhd launched Malaysia’s first B2B property marketplace aimed at reinventing property sales on 8 October 2019. The platform is available in both web and mobile app,

The technology can help property developers, real estate agents and negotiators to connect and drive property sales of curated units of projects that are under construction or close to completion.

Eight projects by seven well-known property developers were launched onto the system, offering a property inventory value close to RM1 billion in Gross Development Value (GDV).  Three hundred agents and negotiators have successfully used the platform prior to the launch.

“Our platform digitises the sales process, allowing agents and negotiators unparalleled access to ongoing developer product offerings at the click of a button; facilitating and accelerating property sales for all our stakeholders. This is the core focus of our business and will be our engine for continued, sustainable growth,” Chow Nam Kit, Director of Didian Realtor Sdn Bhd said.

The system also features digital booking, real-time data access, commission status tracking and supports back end administrative processes, allowing agents and negotiators to focus on what they do best. – Construction + Online
