The project is the headquarters of a sports brand in Xiamen, China, that has redefined the concept of an office building with dynamic sports experiences. From the lobby to the top-floor VIP rooms, the interior design concept embodies the brand’s essence and vitality by creating different functional areas, layouts and spaces.
The design was inspired by the tunnel, court, arena and skybox of a stadium, aiming to showcase the brand image as an accessible luxury sports brand with an Italian heritage. Its iconic colours, red and blue, are extensively applied throughout the building. Moreover, the Colosseum, an influential historical site in Italy, is another design inspiration of the project. The reception at the lobby reflects the brick-faced concrete arch of the Colosseum, echoing the brand’s Italian roots.

The workplace with upgraded facilities and equipment motivates the employees to carry out efficient research and development works. In addition, the materials used throughout the space have taken the well-being and health of employees and visitors into consideration.
