Urban Space Coworking Office

The right application of materials is crucial to occupant well-being, especially so when prolonged periods of time are needed to be spent indoors. Thus, in addition to an efficient layout, Urban Space Coworking Office also optimises the selection of materials to create a comfortable indoor environment that promotes health and productivity.

MATERIAL QUALITY
The design relies mostly on high-grade materials selected by the client. Materials were procured abroad, including from Singapore, Japan and Belgium. The tiles, office furniture, wallpapers, carpeting, trimmings and decorative elements were directly sourced from overseas suppliers. This required effective time management to avoid delays in project completion, especially with stricter border controls during the virus outbreak.
