Singapore, 25 February 2021 – JTC Corporation (JTC) has launched a site at the Woodlands Industrial Park yesterday under the first half of the 2021 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme. Details of the site and location plan are as follows:

Tenure: 30 years
Application expiry: 30 June 2021 at 11:00 a.m.
The submission details are available on JTC’s website. Under the reserve list system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum bid price that is acceptable to the government. Interested parties can purchase the tenderer’s packet at S$107 each (inclusive of goods and services tax).
Woodlands Industrial Park is accessible via the nearest train stations: Woodlands North (TE1) and Admiralty (NS10). The site is the first of three reserve list sites for the first half of the 2021 IGLS Programme. The launch is part of the government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development.
