Why Co-working Spaces Stay Attractive During and Post COVID-19?

By Anton Adianto

Currently, many countries have implemented policies to encourage employees to work remotely. This inevitably changes the conventional working pattern to be more independent, impacting the way we will be working after this pandemic ends. There will be an increasing presence of co-working spaces, which has become a workplace trend for startup companies and millennials.

Sharing a workspace might not be possible in some countries in the current situation, where health and safety concerns are involved, as revealed in Maria Nakamura’s article on how COVID-19 pandemic has impacted co-working spaces.

This reinforces the fact that working independently, especially in a co-working space, can be a good alternative. Independence and responsibility can deliver better results and generate positivity.
