Located in the new township of Sunsuria City in Sepang and being the first high-rise residential development, the aim is to create a multitude of social and recreational spaces, and give a sense of resort-like living environment.
ARCHITECTURE
The idea is to create three apartment blocks that sit on the ground rather than on the podium. This allows the amenities and facilities—such as gym, games room and multi-purpose hall—to be directly accessible from the swimming pool decks and jogging tracks, creating a connection of almost 5,000 metres. A variety of recreational facilities are built around the swimming pool decks, aimed at promoting social interaction among the residents.
