Petaling Jaya, 25 August 2020 – Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby Motors, has announced that it has commenced a tender exercise for the sale of its 10.13 acres of freehold vacant development land in Kota Bayuemas, Klang Bandar Diraja, Selangor. The tender exercise began on 21 August and will end on 9 October 2020.
Real estate firm Jones Lang Wootton has been appointed to manage the sale by open tender and has prepared a detailed information memorandum for distribution on the exercise.
The parcel of land is located in the vicinity of amenities including the Bayuemas Indoor Bowls Stadium, the Bayuemas Oval Cricket Stadium, schools, a mosque and shopping facilities.
