Phase 1 of Dayana 2 Fully Sold, Second Phase to be Launched in March

Petaling Jaya, 3 February 2022 Sime Darby Property Bhd’s Phase 1 of Dayana 2 in Nilai Impian, Negeri Sembilan has been fully sold during its sales preview late last month. The second and final phase of the Dayana series will tentatively be launched in March.

According to a statement on Monday (Jan 31), Phase 1 of Dayana 2 has 93 units with a gross development value is RM41.7 million. The Dayana 2 double-storey linked homes are priced from RM517,888 and come with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with built-up areas ranging from 1,764 to 1,846 sq ft.

Sime Darby Property group managing director Datuk Azmir Merican said the development of Dayana 2 involved detailed studies to discover target consumers’ present and future demands, as well as how to meet them.

“As homebuyers’ requirements change over time, we want to ensure that our products are able to grow with them and fulfill their needs every step of the way,” he added.

The Dayana 2 homes are designed with an open plan concept, providing ample natural lighting and ventilation. It is suitable for those looking for flexibility in their home designs as well as versatile use of space with convertible co-working area for work or play.

The units are suitable for multi-generational residents as there are wheelchair and stroller-friendly features including wider doorways, ramp at the porch and a ground floor bathroom for easy access and convenience. Each unit comes with a granny suite on the ground floor and a family area on the first floor.

The development also features a dedicated residents-only 1.7-acre neighbourhood park with a picnic shelter, kids’ play area, badminton and sepak takraw courts, as well as gazebos.

Dayana 2 also offers perimeter fencing and a dedicated guardhouse.
