Kuala Lumpur, 11 December 2020 – Despite the challenging market arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, 90 per cent of Bromelia landed homes at the developer’s township development of Bukit Puchong was sold during phase one’s launch.
Bromelia sits on a 13.86-acre freehold site, with a gross development value of RM152 million. The gated landed stratified development is a low-density residential project consisting of 137 units of 2- and 2.5-storey terrace, cluster and semi-detached homes. Bromelia’s terrace built-up ranges from 1,798 square feet to 2,271 square feet whilst the cluster and semi-detached built-up ranges from 2,000 square feet to 4,000 square feet respectively.
The development was launched by Bukit Hitam Development Sdn Bhd, the property division of AYER Holdings Berhad. According to Jeannie Khoo, AYER Holdings Berhad’s Group Chief Operating Officer, the group embarked on its first online preview launch for Bromelia by offering registrants an online live streaming platform to view, select and book their choice units.
