Sime Darby Property MIT Development (SDPMIT), a joint venture of Sime Darby Property Berhad, Mitsui & Co Ltd and Mitsubishi Estate Co Ltd, commenced the groundwork of the multi-tenanted ready-built warehouse (RBW) at Bandar Bukit Raja Industrial Gateway in Klang, Malaysia, on 29 August 2022.
The two-storey RBW, with approximately 487,000 square feet of gross floor area, has secured pre-committed tenancy for the entire warehouse. The construction of the RBW, which is the third project at the industrial estate, is expected to be completed in the second half of 2023.
Dato’ Azmir Merican, Sime Darby Property’s Group Managing Director, said that clients can expect comprehensive and modern features from the RBWs built in the industrial estate and they are welcome to work closely with SDPMIT for their operational needs.
Developed by SDPMIT, Bandar Bukit Raja Industrial Gateway aims to provide solutions for the global supply chain industry, featuring infrastructure with operational and technological scalability. It spans across 39 acres of prime land, consisting of 10 plots with Grade A facilities. —Construction+ Online
