Winning BCI Asia Interior Design Awards 2018 is a real achievement for our studio. We always put our heart and hard work on designing every projects. It is an accomplishment for us to see an idea developed from imagination into reality. This award is one of the proof of our effort and compassion, especially in an interior design field. We hope that this can be our stepping stone in learning and reaching for bigger stage.

Located in Energy Building, SCBD, Mr. Fox is a restaurant/bar combination that welcomes their visitors like a host welcoming their guest. Mr. Fox is a sanctuary in a busy city life. The pattern wall design lets sunlight illuminates the room and tropical plants are also integrated to create a comfortable experience.

PARK 5 [ MERIT ]
Located in a busy area of South Jakarta, Park 5 Hotel is trying to bring back a concept that is often missing under the hustle and bustle of the Indonesian capital: community. Providing a temporary living space to ‘breathe’ and interact with families, friends and nature, Park 5 is a community that respects its inhabitants and surroundings.

CONTEMPORARY CHINESE DINING JIA [ WINNER]
First, we 
would like to thank BCI Asia Interior Design Award, it is such a great honor for us. The project “JIA” is a new challenge for us to subvert the image of the past of the Chinese restaurant. This would be a start to new opportunities to creat other projects. Winning this award is real excitement and gives us great confidence and power. In the future, we would continue to provide better quality for our clients and creat pleasurable interior design.

SENOPATI SUITES APARTMENT [ MERIT ]
This is a residential interior design commission for a 320 sqm condominium unit for a dynamic young couple with 3 children. HighStreetStudio and clients preferred the direction of a simplified American Classic interior aesthetic as the main design direction. A cool hue of white painted wood paneling creates an elegant classical ambience, but the simple details are unmistakably modern. A heavy solid teak dining table acts as a centerpiece to the entire living room.

My sincere thanks for the selection of MSCS in BCI Asia Interior Design Awards 2018.
Frank Lloyd Wright said architects should design from the inside out. This principle applies in my approach to design from the outside in for the integration of interior design and architecture.
The concept of this school starts with library as the “embryo” – a place where good knowledge and seeds for future generations are planted. These empowered the children to grow in excellent character, shining like a “diamond.” We as architects have an opportunity to make a difference where we leave for future generations principles worthy of our time.
