Jembatan Semanggi atau yang disebut juga sebagai Simpang Susun Semanggi merupakan jembatan layang yang berada di persimpangan Jalan Sudirman dan Jalan Gatot Subroto di Jakarta Selatan. Jembatan jembatan pertama yang dibangun pada saat pemerintahan Presiden Soekarno ini mempunyai bentuk yang mirip dengan daun semanggi. Oleh karena itulah menjadi alasan jembatan ini dinamakan Jembatan Semanggi.
