Pacific Place

Pacific Place is a large-scale, high-quality, mixeduse development, encompassing approximately 5.19 million square feet of gross floor area in the central business district of Hong Kong. It is linked to Admiralty MTR station, with connections to other modes of transport. Since it was founded in 1988, Pacific Place now houses approximately 140 shops and boutiques, and one major department store, offering an array of contemporary fashion and international premium brands.

There are also four five-star hotels, three Grade-A office towers and 270 serviced apartments in this development. Under the management of Swire Properties, Pacific Place has received numerous awards and recognition, and remains a premier shopping destination in Hong Kong.

To enhance its lifestyle and entertainment components, the AMC Pacific Place will undergo a major facelift, including the introduction of a full-service VIP house, a revamp of the overall design and the installation of new illumination technology for the screen, along with the most advanced sound system to offer an enhanced refreshing cinematic experience. The renovation is expected to be completed by December 2016.

The development aims to improve the tenant mix and offerings in 2016 and 2017, the food and beverage footprint at Pacific Place mall will be increased by 50 percent, which means the addition of at least 10 new outlets. The new dining mix aims to create a vibrant culinary scene across the entire neighbourhood, together with the popular eateries at Starstreet Precinct. In addition, the Grappa’s Ristorante is relocating from the mall to another location within the neighbourhood.
