As the Hong Kong chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) enters its 25th year in operation, the association celebrated the momentous occasion in a dinner cum awards at The Racing Club in Happy Valley Racecourse. Led by IFMA president Samson Lee, the event was attended by over 60 people.
Lee handed the Awards of Excellence to outstanding members/chapters, and also recognised the association’s achievements over the past year.

• Awards of Excellence in Web Communication – Large Chapter
• IFMA Asia Pacific Best Managed Facility of the Year – JLL’s Kellet School project in Hong Kong
• First Hong Kong Chapter scholarship in IFMA Foundation
• Student from Hong Kong received IFMA Foundation Scholarship at World Workplace in San Diego
All past presidents who attended the event shared their happy memories in, and visions for, IFMA. Representatives from JLL also talked about their winning Kellet School project with pride.
