Hong Kong, 13 December 2021 — Currently being held in the City Gallery, the Hong Kong Response Exhibition at the 17th Venice Biennale International Architecture Exhibition will close on 15 December 2021. The finale symposium held last Friday (10 December 2021) featured artist participants, curators, exhibitors of relevant exhibitions of the current and previous Venice Architecture and Art Biennales, who served as keynote speakers to share their insights on How will we live together?

“The Hong Kong Response Exhibition still has three more days remaining and I would like to invite everyone to visit the exhibition as it provides an excellent showcase filled with an array of creative exhibits related to the redistribution of our most critical resources: land, people and environment,” said Donald Choi, President of The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) and Chief Curator of the Hong Kong Collateral Event. “These exhibits may not only provide solid solutions but also inspire our thinking about the overall liveability of the Territory.”

Focusing on the themes of the 17th Venice Architecture Biennale and the Hong Kong Collateral Event – How will we live together? These experts share their insights via online platform. In addition, Alice Yeung, Assistant Director (Architectural) from the Architectural Services Department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region attended the symposium as a panelist.
