BCI Asia Construction Information has launched its new magazine, Construction+ (Hong Kong), in a project sharing seminar at the Hong Kong International Building and Hardware Fair on 28 October 2016 at AsiaWorld-Expo.
The topic of the seminar was ‘Bringing the Building and Design Industry To You – Introducing Construction+ Hong Kong – A New Platform to Inform & Inspire Collaboration’. BCI Asia’s Hong Kong country manager, Elaine Wai, delivered the introductory speech to an audience of 70 guests.
Three speakers also shared their design inspirations of the projects that have been published in the Construction+ inaugural edition. Rowena Gonzales, principal designer of Liquid Interiors Ltd., introduced her interior design project named ‘Healthy and Eco Home Renovation’ in SOHO. Paul Ng, director of LWK & Partners (HK) Ltd, presented ‘Mount One’, a high-quality residential development in the traditional town of Fanling. Edwin Chan, project director of New World Development Company Limited, presented ‘The Pavilia Hill’, the first development in Hong Kong to embrace the Japanese wabi-sabi design aesthetic and first large-scale residential project to demonstrate the developer’s artisanal movement.
