Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings Ltd (AAI) and Top Spring International Holdings Ltd are entering into a long-term collaboration to develop property business in Hong Kong, as reported by AsiaOne.com.
AAI is an established property development, construction and project management company in Hong Kong, while Top Spring is a developer of residential and premium property projects across the PRC.
Their first project will be a low-density premium residential property project located at Waterloo Road in Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong. The joint-venture company has obtained banking facilities of approximately HKD935 million for the development of this project.
“We believe the collaboration with Top Spring will advance AAI’s expansion in the Hong Kong property market,” said AAI chairman Dominic Pang.
Wong Chun Hong, Top Spring chairman and co-chief executive officer, added, “We are excited to be cooperating with AAI on the Waterloo Road premium residential project, and we will be looking forward to more collaborations in future riding on the experience and expertise of both sides.” — Construction+ Online
