UNICITY is a multifaceted mixed development that looks set to inject a new vibrancy into the socioeconomic landscape in the vicinity. Large retail units on the lower floors are designated for international high-end brands, while medium-sized units and smaller shoplots are located on the higher floors, which will house local or independent labels.
This project is also an award-winning development that received the Highly Commended recognition for the category of Retail Development Malaysia at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015.
