City Developer SkyWorld Development Group’s (SkyWorld) newest residence, SkyLuxe On the Park, in Bukit Jalil has been completed ahead of schedule and will be handed over to the owners this month. Over 120 media partners and consultants were invited to experience the latest sky living at SkyLuxe on the Park on 13 Feb 2020.

The fully sold out residence will be certified with Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC). QLASSIC is a method to measure and evaluate the workmanship quality of a building construction work based on Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7:2006).
As its named suggests, SkyLuxe On the Park resides next to an 80-acre recreational park, opposite the Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Resort. SkyWorld invested over RM6.5 million to beautify the development’s perimeters with lush landscape, so that it will blend in with the park.
