Pavilion, by IOI Properties Group, is a resort-style luxury development in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor, comprising serviced apartments, retail shops and offices atop the podium level.
The 18 retail shops and 45 offices are arranged for maximum frontage facing Lebuh Puteri, with both apartment towers rising tall behind them.
The facilities deck includes several pavilions, as the project’s name suggests. The Active Pavilion comprises sporting facilities, the Lagoon Pavilion comprises pools and cabanas, while the Kid Explore Pavilion has a play house and space for children to run and enjoy outdoor activities.
Apart from these, there are also several Sky Pavilions on various levels of the towers, where residents can relax and unwind, read or play. The Kids Lab Pavilion, for example, includes a library and interactive areas for various role play activities, whether in a café, classroom or market setting.
RESIDENCES
Each tower floor has two wings, separated by a lift lobby, with five units on each side. Units range from 983 to 1,256 square feet and come in three practical layouts that are optimised for space utilisation.
The serviced apartment units are designed as ‘semi-Ds’, with windows on at least two sides. Seven-foot-high glass window façades and 8-foot-high sliding doors serve as sustainable design features that draw in natural lighting and promote cross-ventilation for every unit.
The towers’ façades also incorporate pavilion-style architectural elements, with balconies creating an interplay of walls at alternate floors. More than 90 per cent of the tower blocks are designed with north-south orientation for residents to enjoy unblocked views of the Puchong and Kuala Lumpur skyline.
