Nonetheless, there seems to be a silver lining in the form of high-rise property prices for Hong Kong’s residents.
Following an unshackling of the Asia’s one of the largest financial hub, Hong Kong’s home prices had space-dived more than 200 per cent, boosted by limited supply amidst a large capital flow from the buyers of mainland China.
